PRESIDENT
Williams leads the nonprofit, overseeing its strategic direction and ensuring the mission is achieved. They chair board meetings, provide guidance, and represent the organization in public and fundraising efforts.

TREASURER
Davis manages the nonprofit’s finances, overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. They ensure funds are handled responsibly and prepare financial statements for the board.

Harris maintains the organization’s records, prepares meeting agendas, and takes minutes during board meetings. They ensure proper governance and keep the nonprofit’s operations organized.
